Gloatin' Georgie's sayin it loud and proud,
"See! I told ya'll all along that the elections would be a success. We done brought Freedumb to Irak."
To me, the measure of success isn't the passing of the elections, but keeping the guy who is elected alive during the first month in office.

it certainly points out it doesnt matter what you say...
it's what you Mean that counts. the totally bogus
republicans have become expert at taking the
rhetoric of the democrats and simply ignoring the
original intent of it by practicing the opposite.

what we didnt see before was how stupid the population is.
they dont even know the difference. they dont understand
the difference between shitting and getting shat on.

I saw that american flag bumper sticker again today that
says "these colors dont run". it might as well say "no
matter who you are or what you do, we're better than you
are" and "do what we say or die". or, how bout, "youre
either with us or against us".

Neandergeorge. Cromagnum Bush. and they dont Even
know the difference. of the two, good times - bad times,
it's pretty obvious which we're in, jackie.

The only people our prez wants to support are his boardroom buddies. No one else. Now more than ever, social insecurity is nothing more than lip service to a population that will need it more than ever in the coming years. God I hate Republicans.
I was intrigued with bush's phone call to the anti-abortion activisits today when he told them that it is the duty of the powerful to protect the weak.
Since when?
Oh, I suppose it is when it fits the narrowminded agenda you are trying to ram up the ass of the masses. Or when a profit can be made from such protection.
I hate em.
At least Asscroft said goodbye today.

I'm sure I'm not the only one to see through
the bush social security scam. why isnt the
media at least mentioning that, perhaps, the
reason bush wants to privatize retirement
accounts is because that means the entire
population will be investing their money in
the market (i.e. corporations) instead of
keeping it in the social security trust fund?

of Course big biz wants that money.

obviously, they dont have enough yet.

sure, that's what we need. put our retirement
money into a volatile unregulated market where
companies come and go like roaches on the
baffroom floh. so, what happens when youre
reaching retirement age and a couple of the
companies in your portfolio suddenly go
belly up and the next sound you here is
your bubbling bucks going down the drain?

and why dont we hear our congressmen talk
about this little flaw in the ointment?

I really enjoyed watching the Boxer rebellion the past few days. It's good to see somebody come after that lyin' sneerlover and peg her for what she is...a lyin' sneerlover. And all the better that the pointed questioning was carried out by a woman. Although, I gotta give an award as well to Joe Biden who sent Condompleezer off with the following quote, "For God's sake, don't listen to Rumsfeld because he doesn't know what the hell he's talking about."
Where will you be for our nations's Ingorgeration?

Well, its here. The beginning of another 4 years of world class arrogance.
The shimering, shining, opulent rebushination this Thursday at least signals the beginning of the end.
But...what lies between now and then?
And for those of us wishing our lives away, waiting for 2008, an article in this Saturday's DMN was even more ominous...
He's movin to Dallas when he's finished redesigning Earth.
The thought of standing next to him or his minions at the corner Starbucks makes me turn whiter than the sheet Asscroft wears.

I had an interesting thought this past week. The braintrust, Karl Rove, seems to survive in an atmosphere of intimidations. Everyone's scared of Roverdumpty 'cause he plays low.
I play lower.
What we need is someone of note come forward and say, "I'm a public servant but I'm not perfect. I'm a cross dresser. I love my weed. I have had sex with small farm animals who were too flattered to deny me. Rove, I've just emptied your ammo and nullified your intimidation gun. Prepare, fatboy. I'm coming after you."
At the least it would make him piss himself for a sec.

Simply put, the land is ripe for hijinks given all the money that is floating in for this project.
It reminds me of the old MASH episode in which the US mistakenly destroyed a Korean village, and the army appropriated tens o thousands of dollars to rebuild it. Hawkeye said, "30 thousand dollars to rebuild a $500 village...yeah, thats about right."
A helicopter delivering supplies came under attack by villagers yesterday...with bows and arrows. Billions are pouring in and frankly, many of these villagers would be happy with replacement spears.
Got your inaugural balls gown ready?
I wanna know why this one tribe...these Tsunami's are getting sooo much money.

how much does it cost to rebuild their little village and cell towers?

any way???

for the sake
of balance...

all is lost.
